The distance shown by the arrows on the TD Ab Plate is the width and height of which you will cut out. | ||

Use the Blue Painters Tape and tape off around the area to cut out, as shown. Cut smaller than necessary. You can always make it bigger. |

Test fit the Ab Plate. Then file the edges smooth and the top edge flat. | ||

Test fit the Ab Plate again. The corners should be rounded. | ||

On the left is the back view of the Ab Plate in place. On the right there should be a small gap between the raised section of the Ab Plate and the edge you just cut off the armor. | ||

You might want to paint it white with Dupli-color Truck, Van & SUV Code: T110W Pure/Linen White. You can use ABS glue to affix it in place. Then dirty it up to match the rest of your armor. |
